Round 13 could be lucky for some and maybe, with only 4 rounds left until the finals, a few teams might need all the luck they can muster this Saturday to grab a place.
Match of the round is out at Kellyville Park where the Tafe WS Polecats host UTS Tigers in both divisions and in 1st Division the top two face off in what could well be a rehearsal for the grand final. The 2nds too are near the top of their table, both vying for that coveted 2nd place behind the undefeated Uni of Canberra Grizzlies.
West Syd U Ducks are at home to ACU in first division at Bankstown Campus Oval, whilst the ACU 2nds need to travel to the ACT to play the Grizzlies. For ACU firsts it is a must win situation if they are to hang onto hopes of finishing in fourth place but their seconds place an uphill battle against top of the table Grizzlies.
Closer to town the Sydney Uni Lions host Cumberland Beavers at Henson Park in both divisions. Whilst the Lions should be assured of a finals place in firsts, they need to keep winning to try and secure second place, whilst both seconds sides are just holding onto hopes of sneaking into fourth spot on their ladder.
