| The Newcastle University club won the Bill Buckley Memorial Trophy second grade championship in 2008 and growing on this success will in its 40th year be fielding two sides for the 2009 Tertiary League season. The Newcastle University Seahorses are based out of Callaghan campus in Newcastle and are currently recruiting players. | |
